My goal last week was to exercise every day except Wednesday and Friday.
And guess what, I did it! All of it, not just most days.
I'm going to keep that goal, and add on to it not to eat unless I'm hungry. I'm hoping I'll be able to do the last part every day, but if I do it 4/7 days of the week that's fine with me.

ReplyDeleteMy goals this week...are to lose weight (as usual) and not to binge crazily like I do sometimes, mostly on Saturdays - the worst thing is that when I'm halfway through a binge I just think "fuck it, I'm way over my calorie limit anyway" and go on eating most of the time.

Congrats! My goals are to do yoga three times and try to eat at least four times a day because last week I was slack. It's not much, but I'm trying to stay on top of weekly goal setting even when I don't want to.
