Goals of the Week 6

Last week my goal was to not eat in my room.
I mostly did that. And there was definitely less stuffing of my face going on because of it.
However, I did have a few bad days.
For instance, on Friday, I ate dinner, then I ate dinner again at Hillel, and then I ate again when I drank after dancing. Of course, purging in between.
My suitemate gave me such a look on Saturday morning when she discovered that all four of my friends had slept over (in my bed too, since it's pretty big. Such a weird experience).
This week my goal will be to exercise every day according to my goal. Not Wednesday or Friday since I have field education, but I'm alternating between weights and running for 30 minutes. Today is weights, and I didn't do it this morning because I was lazy. There are still 6 hours left in the day though.
What are your goals?

  1. I'd be giving you a look too, what with your recent group shenanigans :P
Good luck with your goal. There is always more time in the day. Sometimes I'll laze about all day and skip exercising but spontaneously get motivation to after dinner.
No goals for me this week, just resting up and gettin' better.

  2. hello, hello, Emily honey. <3
it's unfortunate that you had a few bad days, but i'm glad that you were able to exert some form of control. purging is addictive.
shhhhh if you're not going to enjoy exercising, don't do it. that's just my personal thing, but then again, i don't look forward to it but when i am doing it, i thoroughly enjoy it about 60-70% of the time.
i hope you have a good week, sweetie.
mine is to get these lectures done goddammit. i have three more for today (isn't much. not at all!) but i hope that i can also get started on the new set of notes.

  3. Goal for me this week is not to count calories. Not really a goal but I want to see if I could do it - it's really hard though.
Have fun and good luck with the exercise - I've never done weights before.
I had one bad day last week where I binged on a whole sleeve of Oreos but mostly went well.

    Love,

  4. "YAYAYAYAY you're back!! Although that really is selfish because it seems like you're back for a sad reason and not a happy one."
    you're adorable.
and i believe that selfish people can survive the most though i do not consider that a selfish action. selfishness i believe is always an innate trait.
otherwise, it's good to see you back also gorgeous! you've been well missed.
