Goals of the Week 32

My goal for last week was to follow my meal plan. That went pretty well, except for a few days. I realized I have a problem with eating a lot all at one time. I get dinner for 5 but eat it at 3 and then get hungry later. So my goal for this week is to eat each meal at the appropriate time. Breakfast at 8:30, lunch at 11:30, and dinner at 5. No sooner. 

My goal last week was to limit my vending machine spending to 2 days of the week. I did limit it to 5 days instead of 7, but I still spent about 10 dollars. This week my goal will be the same, and hopefully it will go better. I'm doing well today!

  1. I dont have any goals...sorry? But I did want to tell you congrats on the vending machine spending! I know you didn't accomplish exactly what you set out to do but it didn't get worse, it got better! Anyways...WAY TO GO!!!:)

  2. I always try to make it as late in the day as I possibly can before eating, so that I won't get hungry before bed. I find that once I start eating, I'd rather eat all my cals in one go than have to spread them out. But... I dunno. Congrats on the vending spending. ^^ You're doing so well!! XO

    But I was purging so much that I stopped
    If I wrote it down then that would make it real

  4. My focus has been on finding a balance so I am keeping track of getting in enough fiber and protein. Does your meal plan allow you to have a snack at night? When I worked normal hours I always planned a snack at night otherwise I was starving. With my schedule now I don't find I need anything so I think it was more of a mental hunger than anything else.

    1. Yes! I do try not to snack at night but if I don't put something in my mouth, like a granola bar, I'll just fail and binge. So I don't like that I need to eat right before bed, but I've been letting myself lately as long as I don't eat too much. That's really good advice, Josie. I guess it might be good to stop trying to cut out the evening munchies.
