I think my friend might still be unsure of whether or not he wants to date me. This makes me mad, because it means I want him more than he wants me, and I feel slightly rejected. Giving him space and time is the answer, so I will do just that.
My non b/p goals were to do an hour of homework every night and to weigh the pros and cons of telling my friend. I did both of those, and I think that after hearing your advice I should tell him. So my goal is to tell him today.
This could be a horrible idea. But I should do it anyway.
What are your goals?
Just be patient with him. Maybe he's a little nervous about committing and about how that will affect your friendship. I mean, you've got school in the mean time, right? Great job on your goals though and good luck telling him!
ReplyDeleteMy goal is usually to survive lol. The weeks are busy and unpleasant and stressful. I also want to make sure that I take me time.
have a great week dear!
Good luck with telling your friend about your ED. You never know if it's a good or bad idea until you've done it.
ReplyDeleteAnd congrats on your goals. 4 days is great, but I love that you keep trying for 5 and don't give up.
Same as Eve, my goal is just to survive the week. Nothing fancy, but it's getting harder by the week.
Take care hun. Let us know how it goes <3 xx
oh my gosh tell us how it goes, okay? :)
ReplyDeleteand im so motivated whenever I read these. and YES I AGREEE WITH BELLA. I love that you keep trying for 5 and just don't give up. I love your goals are so realistic and achievable. it's not like you ever wrote a post with "do 10 hours of exercise every day." omg. i'd be the person to do that.
and I hope that things go well with you - eating wise and that your friend takes it well. also, I want to tell you that I really appreciate that you remind us why you may or may not have only gotten 4 days or a whole 5 days or whatever. because you're not making excuses (I hope you don't think this), you are literally validating the reasons for your actions and they're understandable!

My goal is to run every day, or do some sort of training for this 5k. I feel like I've been slacking, but I want to try and have fun with it rather than see it as a chore, like "Oh, I signed up for that race, I HAVE to do it ugh." Also, talk to the people I care about, because the world is going to shit again.
ReplyDeleteHe might be cautious knowing that you just got out of a long relationship. Take your time the begining of a relationship shouldn't be rushed, its so much fun! Believe me I was the type of girl who was almost always in a relationship and I really am glad I spent sometime single or causally dating. You learn a lot about yourself doing that and what kind of person you really want to spend time with.
ReplyDeleteI love your weekly goals. It's a wonderful way to hold yourself accountable. I'm glad you've made the decision to tell him. It might be beneficial to the both of you for him to know. 4 days is still a great job. I'm so proud of you.
ReplyDeleteXOXO
I don't even know what 4 good days means.
ReplyDeleteI do know what it feels like to need another more than they need you. Except... I don't seem to need anything except water and oxygen because I can live for quite a long time with just those two.
Do you know what it is like to be in love with someone who refuses to eat a meal? I do.
My goal is to forget
