My goal for last week was to not binge for 3 days. And I did it! But without thinking at all about this goal. For some reason not binging was a little easier this week. I managed to stave off the food on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Yesterday I guess I didn't binge, but I did eat a lot later in the day. This week my goal is to go 4 days without binging. Today is going to be the first!
My non b/p goal last week was to have positive interactions with 3 different people every day. I don't think I did that but I did try. For some reason I wanted to be alone more. This week I am going to try to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. Because everything is due this week and I need to make sure I get it done during the day and not when I need to be regenerating.
