My goal for last week was to not binge for 4 days. Technically, I did it, because on one day I binged after midnight. I'm going to count it as a success and my new goal will be to not binge for 5 days. This is going to be really tough since I'm home right now and there's lots of binge food around to snack on.
My non b/p was to replace diet soda with water. I did that for a few days but then I gave up, since I knew I wouldn't have any diet soda around during winter break. This time around I'm not going to weigh myself this week.

My goal for this week: reach 117 by Friday and work on my math lessons because I've been neglecting them for a bit now o.O :p

ReplyDeleteThis week I want to try to get a little more flow on when I eat.. With many awake night hours I have been skipping meals and eating big portions when I get to eat - and that has always been my doom.. and I want to get back on track on when and how much I eat again.
