This week my goal is to not binge for 4 days. My family is coming to get me in 6. I need to be thinner before they get me so that when I inevitably binge on christmas day I won't feel so helpless.
My non b/p goal was to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. And I definitely did that. My non b/p goal for this week is to replace one glass of diet soda each day with a glass of water. This goal was inspired partly by Nicole's post about the true calories in diet foods, and partly because I have heard from numerous sources that aspartame causes cancer. I don't believe it, but what if I'm wrong? Diet soda is just as bad as regular soda.
What are your goals for the week?
I first gave up regular cola, then any kind of juices and finally I almost gave up diet sodas, I only have some like once a week. My only success :)
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your b/p, but I hope it gets better...I have been through the same last week and my goal for this week is to at least reduce it to 1 time a day, cause I've been purging at least 2-3 times a day...

Apparently even purging every particle of food only gets rid of about half the calories anyway, so you're not at such a disadvantage. Besides, when you purge so much it really does a number on your throat, your head, and your stomach. (although I'm sure you already know)
