Goal of the Week 1

Time for the first goal of the week! My goal is to not consume and bread or dessert products. What are your goals?


  1. My goal is to exercise at least 3 days this week.

  3. My goal is to do a little work on my tapestry or sewing each day, since I've barely done anything for months.

  4. My goal is to complete a 5k run. I'm not going to set a time limit on how quick I should do it. I handle disappointment badly =p xx

  5. I'm on a sick-leave from work for a few weeks, and I have been sleeping inn way too late. So my goal is to get up no later than 10..
