Goals of the Week 23


My goal for last week was to not binge for 4 days. Technically, I did it, because on one day I binged after midnight. I'm going to count it as a success and my new goal will be to not binge for 5 days. This is going to be really tough since I'm home right now and there's lots of binge food around to snack on. 

My non b/p was to replace diet soda with water. I did that for a few days but then I gave up, since I knew I wouldn't have any diet soda around during winter break. This time around I'm not going to weigh myself this week. 
What are your goals for the week?

  2. My goal for this week: reach 117 by Friday and work on my math lessons because I've been neglecting them for a bit now o.O :p

  4. This week I want to try to get a little more flow on when I eat.. With many awake night hours I have been skipping meals and eating big portions when I get to eat - and that has always been my doom.. and I want to get back on track on when and how much I eat again.
