Goals of the Week 59

I didn't really have any clear goals last week, so I didn't complete any of them. I did get all my homework done, but I took naps, I certainly didn't lose weight, and I didn't exercise every day. 
This week my actual goal will be to exercise every single day. I can have 3 slow days and 4 fast days, alternating. Exercise will make me feel like I'm doing something with my days even if I'm not. 
My b/p goal this week is to eat less than 1600 calories for 3 days. I don't know if I can do it, but I'll try like all hell. 

As a side note, the semi-date went pretty well. He had a good time and I wasn't awkward, although I did get bored when conversation turned to football. If I actually dated this kid I don't know how I'd keep up the charade of caring about football. But I've done it before... 


  1. I'm glad to hear the date went well. I hope you don't feel like you have to pretend to be interested in sports. It's like when how we can talk for ages about our obsessions, and everyone else just smiles and nods. Listen out of courtesy, but faking interest might come back to bite you.

    Good luck with your goals this week. Exercise definitely gives you that productive feeling.

  3. Aww, happy to hear that your date was good.But same concerns with Bella and Sam. You're good enough the way you are and differences in people are also important when it's about relationship

    Goals, goals, goals... they are just one fight for me right now. There's so much should do and so little I'm actually doing.
