Goals of the Week 62

My non-b/p goal was to finish my homework. That worked, because it had to. Luckily, I don't have a lot of homework this week, so my new goal will be to exercise for 30 minutes every single day. 

My b/p goal was to continue with the 2 food group thing, and to record my meals for 2 days. And I did that, but it didn't stop me from bingeing most of the week. This week my goal will be to have 400 calories for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. THat way I'll have some room for snacks and I won't overeat. Today I had about 600 calories for breakfast so I'll make it up at lunch. My goal is for that to not happen later in the week though. 

What are your goals?


  1. To get my writing blog set up, have fun at my American Horror Story party, and survive. Also to remember to eat healthy and run. Good luck hon. Remember, dancing around your apartment just to get all the feels out counts as exercise.

  2. My goals are to make it to my appointments, start a new sewing project, and cook dinner at least every second night. Good luck with your goals hun. You're doing so well with your food group goals. Have a great week xx
