Goals of the Week 54


My b/p goal for last week was to have 3 good days. And I can say that I did that! I had exactly three good days, and it all stems from coming back to school where I can eat what I want when I want. At home I'd been eating about 3000 calories a day, and here I've been eating 1500. I chalk a lot of it up to the fact that I'm not surrounded by food 24/7. 
My new goal is to have 5 good days. I think I could even go as far as a week, but I don't want to sabotage myself. 

My non b/p goal was to make mini-goals, which I have been doing as well. Again, coming back to school is very helpful.
My goal this week is to be honest with myself about how much time I have to do things. If that means dropping a class, better now than later.

    <3 omg i'm so glad things are going with you so well

    right now i'm just aiming to keep a mood and food diary. basically, a calendar detailing my moods and my intakes (because I want to see how my eating behaviours are - find an obsolete average for how much I eat in a day based on facts and figures)

  2. Congrats Emily, it always feel great to hit a goal!! And 3 good days really is awesome...I know what you mean about finding things easier when you're not at home surrounded by food all the time!! I can go 8 hours at work without even thinking about food and them bam! When I'm home I just don't seem to stop...convenience=bad!!

    But anyway, that's seriously great...keep up the good work and you'll be at a week in no time!! :)
