Goals of the week 46

I have not been doing well. I didn't post last week because I had absolutely no motivation to do anything. I didn't write any mini goals, I didn't do any work for therapy, I didn't exercise, nothing.
And yesterday I weighed myself and found out I've gained 10 pounds in the month I've been home. Not happy. So I have to pull through and that means trying to post more and keep myself on track. I'll get to commenting on everyone's blogs, but writing this is as much as I can bring myself to do right now.
My b/p goal for this week will be to stay under 2000 calories as many days as I can. All 7, hopefully. And that will bring my weight back down to something a little more reasonable.
My non b/p goal is actually 2 goals: make mini goals every day and to write/blog all the things that are spinning in my head. I've had a lot of ideas for posts that I want to write or things that my therapy sessions have made me think about, but they've just been congealing in a dull gray mass in my brain.

I hope your weeks have been going well!
What are your goals? Did you complete the ones you had last week/2 weeks ago?

  2. I'm sorry you're having one of those times. It will get better. It always does. :D (Something I need to remember right now)

My goals. Well, I need to register for two summer classes, by tomorrow for July, see about getting a loan for my last semester of college, I want to lose a pound or two this week (probably a negative goal), start studying for the GRE a little every night, and work out all week days.
I'm just getting down and only feeling worth something at work and the gym so I need to get out of the depressed rut.
    Good luck dear!

  3. Aww, we all have bad weeks dear. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with posting or commenting, but please remember there's no obligation, don't let it stress you out.

Could you maybe grab a notebook to keep by you, for when you have ideas for posts? On the rare occasion I feel I have something worthwhile saying/remembering, I jot it down in the notes on my phone.

My goals... I need to stop skipping lunch and afternoon tea, as apparently my blood sugars will still plummet at the drop of a hat. I need to eat enough carbs each day in general, because it's counter-productive. Cut back smoking by an average of 1g/day. I'm hoping I see at least a kilo loss on the scales next week, as I'm skipping being weighed this week. Get out of my armchair more. Be more active, even in preparing food instead of mum doing it for me. Try not to lose the plot completely.

Wow, for once I have goals! How many I achieve remains to be seen though.

    xx

  4. It's good to get an update Emily
I was wondering how you were

My goal at the moment is just to get through the day in one piece
I'm afraid I can't manage much more than that at the moment

    Take care x
