I have officially made it a whole month without purging!! The thought still crosses my mind sometimes, so I have to continue to work at it. This month I will try not to binge. Today I've already failed, but I shall start anew!
CONGRATULATIONS...you've achieved a lot with this. I'm so happy for you. I managed it too, a few months ago to totally stop it, but its hard to get out of it forever. But not impossible. We can do this. By the way, tonight I'm binging on your blog and your posts :) I really need to motivate myself..
